When one of the houses we decided to look at wasn't for us, Kim reached out to us to see if one of her other customers might be interested in buying ours while we continued looking. As it turned out, that buyer wasn't interested in our house, but the second couple to look at our house after we listed it with Kim was very interested and bought it. She was constantly available to us, professional throughout the whole process of both buying the house we purchased and selling our former home. She provided all of the information we needed to make good decisions as we moved through the process of closing on each end of both buying and selling and was a great ally to have on our side.
